A beautiful floral cloak clasp by the French artist and silversmith Eugène-Alfred Lelièvre. His workshop was at 14 bis rue des Minimes, Paris. Lelievre exhibited at La Société des Artistes Décorateurs, La Société des Artistes Francais & La Société Nationale des Beaux-Art
